The fundamental cycle of Garden Horizons is simple but rewarding:

Plant seeds → Wait for growth → Harvest → Sell → Reinvest

Key mechanics to understand:

• Max 300 seeds: You can hold up to 300 seeds in your garden at once
• Offline growth: Plant growth happens automatically, even when you're offline
• Offline ripening: Ripening (Unripe → Ripened → Lush) also progresses offline

This means you can plant before logging off and come back to fully grown crops!

Here's exactly what to do when starting:

1. Complete the Tutorial

Don't skip it! It only takes a few minutes and explains the basics: buying seeds, planting, growing, and selling.

2. Buy Carrot Seeds

Visit Bill's Seed Shop and buy Carrot seeds. They're cheap (20 shillings), grow fast (15 minutes), and are perfect for learning.

3. Plant and Wait

Plant your carrots, wait for them to grow, then harvest and sell to Steve at the Sell Shop.

4. Buy a Watering Can

After your first harvest, buy a Watering Can from Molly's Gear Shop (5,000 shillings). It speeds up growth significantly.
